If tech panic is getting in the way of your business, this will help.

Tech Clarity

with David Barbarisi

Office hours and ongoing guidance for navigating your business tech ecosystem in a way that makes sense.

Your tech setup shouldn’t make you want to throw your business in the trash

Many coaches, practitioners, and teachers want to build an online presence but run into problems like:

  • too many platforms to choose from
  • tools that don’t work well together
  • confusing integrations
  • uncertainty about AI tools
  • concerns about privacy, censorship, and losing access to your platform
  • general social media ick
  • when to DIY and when to outsource
  • other tech problems that interrupt momentum

These problems can turn into a stressful mess pretty quickly.

Tech Clarity exists to help you deal with this without turning it into a bigger mess.

What Tech Clarity Is

Tech Clarity is a membership where you can ask questions about your business tech ecosystem and get thoughtful guidance.

Questions happen in the group chat, and we meet weekly for live office hours.

Instead of trying to figure everything out alone, you have a place to bring questions like:

  • Which platform should I use for my course or community?
  • How do I set up an email list?
  • How do I get a website that I can edit myself?
  • Are there privacy-friendly alternatives to this platform?
  • How can I use AI responsibly without losing authenticity?
  • Why isn’t this integration working?
  • What is the simplest way to set this up?

You bring the question. I help you think it through.

What’s Included

Weekly office hours

Once a week we meet for a 1 hour group call.

This is where you bring questions, talk through decisions, or troubleshoot issues live.

Depending on the group, I’ll also cover specific topics or walk through things live.

Group chat for anytime questions

Members can post tech questions in the group.

I’ll respond with written replies, voice notes, emojis, funny GIFs, or short videos explaining what’s going on and how to move forward.

Questions stay in the group so everyone can learn from them. You’ll also find answers to problems you haven’t run into yet.

Ongoing tech guidance

Tech Clarity isn’t just about fixing things when they break.

It’s also a place to think through bigger decisions like

  • choosing platforms
  • simplifying your tech ecosystem
  • understanding trade-offs between tools
  • using AI thoughtfully
  • balancing privacy and convenience

and deciding what’s worth caring about and what’s just noise so you can stop overthinking every tool decision.

A growing knowledge library

As questions come up, I will organize useful explanations into a growing library of resources.

Over time this becomes a practical reference for things like:

  • platform comparisons
  • AI workflows
  • tech setup guidance
  • privacy considerations
  • common troubleshooting solutions

What This Is Not

Tech Clarity focuses on guidance and troubleshooting.

It does not include:

  • full website builds
  • platform migrations
  • implementation projects
  • ongoing tech maintenance

The goal is helping you understand and manage your own tech ecosystem.

Not creating a setup that depends on other people and breaks the second you try to touch it.

If you want a more hands-on level of help, I do offer consultations and project work separately. Members receive discounted rates.

Who This Is For

Tech Clarity is designed for people in the health and freedom space who are building or refining an online presence and want their tech ecosystem to make sense.

People who would rather spend their energy on their work than fighting with tools.

It is a good fit for:

  • health coaches
  • wellness practitioners
  • teachers and educators
  • independent creators

Especially people who:

  • prefer a DIY approach
  • want to understand the tools they’re using
  • care about privacy and thoughtful tech choices
  • want help thinking through tech decisions

Why I created Tech Clarity

Hi, I’m David Barbarisi.

Before working with coaches and practitioners, I spent about 15 years working as a software engineer.

I’ve always been a tech nerd. I grew up in front of screens, building websites, writing code, and always learning.

Over time my own life shifted in a different direction. I made changes to improve my health and as a result of those improvements I became deeply connected to the mission of natural health and wellness.

That combination put me in an unusual position.

I understand the technical side of digital tools and platforms, but I also understand the values and concerns many people in the health and freedom space have around privacy, censorship, and independence.

I’ve also seen how quickly things get overcomplicated when people are told they need more tools than they actually do. A lot of the time, the problem isn’t technical. It’s that there’s too much going on and no clear way to think about it.

Tech Clarity grew out of those conversations.

It’s a place where you can talk openly about the real needs of your business and think through tech decisions with someone who understands both the technology and the context you’re operating in.
